I second BOTS. There's too much of that stuff. I'd like to see a documentary that follows an architecture firm for a period of time. I think there's a lot of drama that goes on in architecture firms that would be interesting to watch and it would be a great way to educate the public on what architects really do. There are a few shows running in the US now that are kind of interesting - The Restaurant (obnoxious Italian guy opens a restaurant), Blowout (about a hair salon), Family Plots (about a family run mortuary).
Please don't ask my why I know what these shows are about. I'll take the 5th amendment.
for shame mum. we watched half an hour of the blowout show before i had to turn it off. why would ppl want to come home from a long day of dealing with pricks and watch a show about pricks?
We could have a program based upon the ER format. We could rush around for deadlines speaking in acronyms. A bit of office romance with the admin staff, a fight with a contractor, complete building failure before the defects period has elapsed. Court room scenes to follow…
