The library should have a Green Zone Room with its own bar/restaurant, beds and phone bank. Minorities would work there but would have to show ID to enter the room. Whites would be issued a 10-gallon hat and a whisky at the entrance. The walls would be soundproofed to keep out the noise created by the other rooms. Occasionally someone would toss a couple firecrackers into the room to liven things up.
10 years after the inauguration of the library, visitors would be invited to participate in a mock evacuation of the Green Room while the employees destroy it.
