About

I attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology where I earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the Albert Dorman Honors College. I worked doing restoration of NYC landmarks which led me to pursue a master's degree in Historic Preservation from Pratt Institute. This has also given me skills to understand the built environment and its economics.

I worked as a General Contractor’s Manager where I led the construction of 41 Great Jones St, a 20-million-dollar project in NOHO Manhattan, to completion. Simultaneously, I collaborated with the project’s structural engineer doing permit sets for various projects, one of which obtained approvals by the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission, and the Department of Transportation. Overall, I have worked with high-end residential design firms doing schematics, design development & permit sets, and I have collaborated with contractors and structural engineers as an independent contractor. Impactful work I delivered included the resolution of construction details and the delivery of full permit sets while relying exclusively on clients’ hand sketches.

New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) / Albert Dorman Honors College, Newark, NJ, US, BArch, Architecture

I was the Architecture Representative for the Honors College, and I carried the gonfalon for the school during graduation in 2011. I developed all of the skills needed to contribute to a design office. I have worked as a construction project manager, and I built an addition on my house in Connecticut. I purchased a permanent license to ArchiCAD which I have kept for doing independent work. I have done this for other architecture offices, general contractors, and structural engineers. I am rendering my work remotely under contract, but I am looking for a team to collaborate that treats one another with regards.
