Objective: to respectfully extend historic Larimer Square and it's urban sensibilities, while acknowledging the modern, existing Architecture Building to which the new project is connected.

Location: 14th Street and Larimer Street; the historic intersection where Denver was originally founded

Size: 30,000 sf over three levels; leasable retail on ground level, leasable office on 3rd level, and the Denver History Museum on the middle level.
