Pompom Gallery: epitrochoid Gallery [ FORM CONCENTRATE PROJECT ]

Since the 1990s, the neighborhood has become a haven for established and aspiring artists, as well as arts-related enterprises. Dumbo includes a number of historic buildings, cobblestone lanes, and a riverfront park with spectacular views of Manhattan. I’m launching a new sculpture gallery with a view of the Brooklyn Bridge. Throughout the gallery, the cycloid rule is employed. The varying diameters of the cycloid result in a diverse spectrum of service and server zones. The service area serves as a public open space for the exhibition and visitors. The server space is reserved for personnel and mechanical systems. As a system, its Cycloid structure generated inner and outer space. This aided in locating the appropriate program. The extrusion of the cycloid in the direction of the river provides an excellent perspective for the galleries inside and also contributes to the site’s continuous rhythm.
