EAST SIDE ACCESS (To be completed in 2014)
Project Designer for the 80,000 sf public Commercial Concourse of the $7.8 billion station which connects Long Island Railroad service to the east side of Manhattan, under Grand Central Terminal, in New York, NY

AMERICAN AIRLINES TERMINAL, JFK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (Completed 2007)                 Project Designer for the $1.3 billion, 54-gate, 2.2 million sf terminal in New York for the extension of the design development phase and the construction documents phase.

COMMERCIAL:

UNITED STATES SURGICAL CORP. OFFICE BUILDING (Completed 1993)
Project Designer for the $16.5 million, 92,000 sf office building in North Haven, CT.

PALM BEACH INTERNATIONAL GATEWAY CENTER (Project 1985)
Project Designer for a 1,500,000 sf mixed-use development at Palm Beach International Airport, including a regional convention center, conference center, retail, office, hotels, and parking.

RHODE ISLAND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT FACILITY (Completed (2008)
Project Designer for the $38.7 million, 96,000 sf facility in Cranston, RI.

RHODE ISLAND YOUTH ASSESSMENT FACILITY (Completed 2008)
Project Designer for the $13.3 million, 33,000 sf, facility in Cranston, RI.

ERIE COUNTY YOUTH FACILITY (Completed 2004)
Project Designer and Project Manager for the $16 million, facility in Buffalo, NY.
In addition, managed the project through construction.

FARBER LIBRARY AND GOLDFARB LIBRARY (Completed 1983)
Project Designer and Project Manager for the $6.4 million addition to the Brandeis University Library in Waltham, MA. In addition, managed the project through construction.

OCHSNER MEDICAL INSTITUTION MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING (Completed 1992)
Project Designer for the $25 million, 240,000 sf atrium and office building in New Orleans, LA.

Project Designer for the $8 million Science Laboratory and Administration Building for the University of Miami, FL.

CITY HOSPITAL CENTER AT ELMHURST (Completed 1995)
Project Designer for the $150 million, 250,000 sf additions and 450,000 sf renovations of existing teaching hospital and clinic in Elmhurst, NY.

HUNTERDON MEDICAL CENTER (Completed 1992)
Project Designer for the $15 million, 100,000 sf addition to existing hospital facility in Flemington, NJ.

ROCHESTER GENERAL HOSPITAL (Completed 1987)
Project Designer for the $30 million addition to the Rochester General Hospital in Rochester, NY.

INSTITUTIONAL - JUSTICE:

BRIDGEPORT SUPERIOR COURT AND CENTER FOR JUVENILE MATTERS (Completed 2008) Project Designer for the $39.6 million, 100,000 sf facility with 3 courtrooms and 44 beds in Bridgeport, CT.

VAN CISE - DIMONET DETENTION CENTER (Completed 2011)
Project Designer (with Hartman Cox Architects) for $114 million, 1500 bed facility in downtown Denver, CO. Project was chosen for the AIA Justice Facility Review 2009.

DELAWARE COUNTY COURTHOUSE (Project 2008)
Project Designer for the $50 million, 130,000 sf courthouse in Columbus, OH.

ESSEX COUNTY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY (Completed 2004)
Project Designer for the $220 million, 888,000 sf facility in Newark, NJ. Also directed staff in the construction documents phase. Project was chosen for the AIA Justice Facility Review 2004 – 2005.

RIVERSIDE REGIONAL JAIL (Completed 1997)
Project Designer for the $70.8 million, 1,398 bed facility in Prince George County, VA.

GEORGE R. VIERNO CENTER, RIKERS ISLAND (Completed 1993)
Project Designer for the $80 million, 300 and 200 cell additions to Rikers Island Correctional Facility, New York City. Winner of the Concrete Institute Award 1993 and an AIA Certificate of Recognition of Design Excellence.

MORGAN COUNTY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY (Completed 1989)
Project Designer for the $63 million, 1024 bed medium security facility in West Liberty, KY. Winner of the 1991 Kentucky AlA Award. Published in Architecture, May 1991 and Engineering News Record, June 1992.
