About 

Self-driven and hard-working professional with experience in all aspects of architecture, construction and project management, from RFP development through occupancy.  Youngest person to hold the title of Associate at a multi-billion dollar A&E firm.  Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Architecture and Urbanism.  Studied, taught, and worked internationally in both France and China.  Published “THE BIM BANDWAGON: The Time to Jump is Now” in USC scholarly journal on practical and progressive BIM.  Familiar with building and construction codes and standards enforced by numerous AHJ’s, including, but not limited to the CBC, IBC, LABC, NEC, UBC, UFC, UFGS, and NIH’s DRM.  Licensed MA Architect. NCARB certified.  Leader in sustainability efforts (LEED AP, BD+C 10330290).  Certified Autodesk Professional.  Member of AIA, National Association of Professional Women, and Architectural Guild of USC.

Youngest employee to receive title of Associate. Involved in all phases of the building process, from proposal writing through on-site representation of construction administration, including plan check and permitting and occupancy process within pertinent jurisdictions. Lead the BIM marketing efforts and pursuits in the office and act as a sustainability project manager and mentor. Project manager on new construction.

Projects completed with an on-site presence include:
• 40,000 sf cagewash and research facility for the University of California: San Diego
• 90,000 sf office building for a confidential client
• 120,000 sf manufacturing plant for a confidential pharmaceutical company
• 1,200,000 sf prison for the State of California
• 192,000 sf prison for Placer County

Projects currently under construction include:
• 1,130,000 sf VA hospital in El Paso, TX
• 4,000 sf lab at CalTech in Pasadena
