DAMANSARA CITY2

Damansara City is a more than 2 million square foot, RM2.5 billion integrated luxury commercial development on 8.5 acres of prime freehold land, Damansara City housed two residential towers, Grade A office towers, a luxury international hotel, and a shopping mall. Located at the junction of the SPRINT Highway between Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur, Damansara City is conceived as an integrated hub for a contemporary Malaysian lifestyle. Echoing the SPRINT Highway, the residential component comprises two curved towers at the southwestern corner, totaling 300 apartments. At the south-eastern approach are two iconic commercial towers that provide over 70,000 sqm. of office space. The third component is a 250-room boutique hotel. Unifying the high-rise elements is a retail podium with food and beverage outlets that offer a journey of tropical delights to be savored along a curvilinear boulevard. By exploiting the topography of the site, the pedestrian mall is separated from vehicular traffic, allowing visitors and residents to move with ease and comfort amid a rich and verdant tropical landscape
