• Conduct site inventory, perform accessibility and grading studies, and execute base plan documentation to inform project cost estimates and ensure comprehensive project planning.
• Assist the Planning Studio Director in preparing project charters and briefs,
demonstrating strong teamwork and leadership skills in guiding projects from
inception to execution.
• Lead the preparation of both illustrative and technical drawings, including site plans, sections, 3D visualizations, renderings, hand sketches, and conceptual diagrams for a diverse range of projects, such as playgrounds, walkways, greenways, parking lots, shorelines, and other significant Central Park sites.
