Hello and nice to e-meet you! My name is Julianne and I am a designer, educator, and leader in the architecture & design industry. I am a Master of Architecture student at Arizona State University.
I founded Design Success Network in 2023 with a vision to increase the number of certified designers and, in turn, strengthen the integrity of our profession. In my design practice at HLS, I specialize in branded and efficient corporate workplace designs across the globe. I also lead our talent searches for architecture and interior design. Outside of the office, I am a past board member for the IIDA PA NJ DE Chapter and continue to serve as a past president advisor and nominating committee member. In my free time you can find me backcountry skiing, tinkering in my home workshop, playing in my children's cover band "Schuylkulele", and going on hikes with my three rescue dogs!
