 Charlotte Tilbury Shop, Bergdorf Goodman Fifth Avenue, NYC – 400 Square Foot Build-Out and Millwork Installation (Complete)
 Designed full fixture/CD package for new shop, worked closely with client’s in-house architect and Bergdorf Goodman’s in-house construction team to marry brand’s identity and millwork requirements with Bergdorf Goodman standards.
 Conducted on-site construction management nightly throughout construction process, oversaw/phased all trades (carpenters, millworkers, electricians, etc).
 Worked closely with Bergdorf Goodman in-house construction team to ensure that all necessary paperwork to conduct construction was completed, each tradesperson was in the store’s system, the barricade was installed and removed per store standards and that all subcontractor COI’s were properly filed.
 Negotiated costs with vendors, processed purchase orders and oversaw remittance of payments for change orders.
 Quickly resolved unexpected issues at construction site, including designing a last minute soffit due to unforeseen plumbing behind existing furred-out walls.
 Oversaw bidding/negotiation of general contractors.
 Traveled to Syracuse, NY numerous times to meet with millworker and verify progress of all fixtures.
 Manage ongoing maintenance of all fixtures, including touch-up painting, replacement of touch-latches, new seasonal graphics and vinyl, etc as required.

 Juice Press Shop, Macy’s Herald Square, NYC – 300 Square Foot Build-Out and Millwork Installation (Complete)
 Performed on-site construction management daily throughout duration of installation.
 Created day-to-day schedule phasing all deliveries, including fixtures, millwork, metalwork, glass, electrical and signage.
 Worked closely with Macy’s construction manager and in-house general contractor to ensure that all electrical and HVAC was coordinated with RPG contractor.
 Corresponded daily with Juice Press personnel regarding construction progress and last minute change orders, including installation of hand dryer.
 Quickly addressed multiple-on site issues to meet strict deadline, including troubleshooting delivery of incorrect glass sizes and stabilizing wobbly bar table.
 Worked closely with Juice Press kitchen appliance vendor to phase deliveries in accordance with plumber.

• Asst. Project Manager: Corresponded daily with personnel from JP Morgan Chase global real estate, Metrotech facilities management (Jones Lang Lasalle) and MEP engineers, attended weekly project meetings and created construction document sets/presentation material.

 JP Morgan Chase Metrotech Cafeteria – Renovations to 40,000 Square Foot Dining Room/Buffet/Kitchen
 Managed the creation of a full presentation for JP Morgan Chase asset/building management executives that itemized the extensive scope of work in an easy-to-read format. Provided options and pricing for new paints, carpet, banquette upholstery, furniture, track lighting, and millwork countertops. Worked with interior designers to ensure that all color palette options presented were in accordance with JP Morgan Chase’s design standards and their stated goals for the project.
 JP Morgan Chase Pantries/Bathrooms – Installation of all new Restroom Fixtures, Toilet Partitions, Flooring and all new Pantry Millwork and Appliances
 Created full set of construction documents for the renovation of (28) office restrooms and (8) office pantries at the JP Morgan Chase Metrotech campus, including all millwork details and selection of all fixtures and finishes. Due to the sheer size of the project, with work spanning over two buildings, particular care was put into ensuring that the unique scope of work in area was articulated in a clear manner to aid bidding contractors in their pricing.

• Project Architect: Managed all CAD files for construction documents sets, visited job sites to conduct surveys and punch-lists, worked one-on-one with clients to design preliminary furniture layout proposals (“test fits”), worked one-on-one with MEP consultants to coordinate all construction documents, managed project schedules using Microsoft Project software, issued addendums/bulletins to general contractors as necessary, attended weekly project meetings.

 JP Morgan 4 Chase Metrotech (Brooklyn) Build-Out’s to Floors 8, 16, 22 and 23
 Worked with Project Manager to survey, create construction document sets for (4) 80,000 square foot office renovations, including the construction of new private offices, huddle rooms, open work areas, pantries, lobby areas, and restrooms; regularly visited site through construction, conducted all punch lists.
 JP Morgan 4 Chase Metrotech (Brooklyn) 18th Floor Renovations
 Designed new pantry, all millwork details and space plan for minor office renovations, including all fixtures and finishes per JP Morgan Chase standard palette.
 Ferragamo Retail Store, Manhasset, NY
 Worked directly with firm principal to design façade construction details and elevations.
