• Research: Gather information on materials, zoning regulations and some other specific requirements like parking spots, greenery, etc. to support design.
• 2D and 3D Drafting: Assisting in the development of architectural designs by creating 2D plans and details in AutoCad, 3D modeling in Rhino and Sketchup, and renderings, for residential communities.
• Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with architects and engineers to coordinate and integrate various aspects of residential projects.
