CONCEPT- 
We visualize the villas as perfect blend of architecture and landscape design. 
Main design idea for this sub- urban house was to serve as an exemplar modern architecture. 

The house is organized along with landscape that allows for indoor spaces to engage and enjoy outer view which provide relaxation & feels to be the part of nature from inside. 

The design holds the formal and informal areas on the lower floor with the bedrooms on the upper level. The smaller Outhouse Unit serves as the sauna, changing rooms, and service areas. 

The overlooking staircase serves purely as a connector that also acts overlooking gallery to the courtyard. 

Besides contemporary features villa design is based on vaastu principles too. Like main entrance of villa is lies in East side, kitchen lies in South - East, living is placed in North – East direction, master bedroom is in South-West and open space on North side
