Newcombe Pointe and Campanella Landing recognize Nashua’s population as looking for roots in times of transition.
The project seeks to welcome a broad audience, from migrant workers to growing families who can find transition in
terms of space, financial stability, and community. The project’s range of unit sizes and typologies allows for a multitude
of community needs to be met at a range of affordability across the two sites of the project. The project also recognizes
the dire need for affordable housing in Nashua and seeks to introduce appropriate density while being mindful of existing
contextual scales.
