I recently saw the movie Gamer, and in it one of the main characters Ken Castle has a mansion that they constantly show shots of. I know I've seen this building before, I just can't for the life of me remember who it's by or where it is. Premise liability is New Mexico is pretty simple outside of sidewalks. The owner must keep the property safe. The user must use the property normally.
You gotta like a building that can be skied:predock kind of the opposite of coop Himmelblau's "architecture must blaze!"
