Okay, I don't have the patience to diddle with this posting thing. Here are the results displayed old-school, apropos of my generation.
The sample size is about 93, taken over a 36-hour period. Rather small, but still representative, I'd wager. No surprises as to distribution of age --for me, at least. (Well, maybe one: I expected more early college-age respondents in the throes of first or second year of bachelor's territory.)

I'll update the graph once we've gotten a larger N. I don't expect the distribution to change much, however. That's the nice thing about random sampling.
citizen.....ya and you have to take into consideration not being able to get your numbers right the first time out....you MISSED ME...I posted I was 55.
Yikes, you're right, Snook. Sorry about that. There are actually two folks in that age group that I completely left off. I'll add it to the next iteration.
Overall, though, my interest is in getting an idea of the general age distribution on Archinect's discussion pages --which we've got in the above curve.

Thanks, SDR, but it's not an http address. It's just a document pdf. Am I missing something very basic here?
If you have a Google account, you should be able to upload it to Google Docs, and then grab the link for it that way.
Wow, vado, my Archinect Age is 197.9!

Interesting the core group 30-34 would have been pimp'n architecture in 1997
since this was the last week of school in a lot of places, citizen, i expect your school-age sample may have skewed low.

Steven, you're probably right.

Go for it, empea!
Podzilla, there must be some way to work entries AND posts into Archinect age - you've got a lot of entries, I have relatively few.
vado, suggestions?
alright - where better to do it than in a thread with this topic?
...and 1!
Nice job.
Also, I could probably figure out that calculation with posts/entires/age, but I'm an architect therefore lousy at math. But don't tell anyone.
Also also, happy birthday, davvid!
lb- yea I guess that's what being a school blogger will do to you.
P.S. stay tuned for a tear-jerking 'final entry' in mine!
