i went to the tour today
it is a okay tour - just some normal school tour, nothing really special

there were 8 highschoolers, i guess 11th grade and below
and some of them look pro and rich
also 10 parents

and those parents asked a lot of questions but not the kids
and the parents questions pretty interestingly
with the words " i am looking for a school........"

at that time, i was thinking and questioning myself
"cooper union is for your kids but not you folks?"
"are u sure ur kid wanna be an architect?"
"are u going to do the hometest for ur kid?"

That's one of the benefits of having the home test, or a portfolio in general--to gauge innate talent and ability of the student.

to be honest, nothing really impressed me in the tour
so regular, nothing like sci-arc that impress a lot of people
i don't really know what they try to hide,what is the big secret behind it

gyo...matisse is the ninja dog...and not my human friend....but hell he could make in architectural school....he is always designing boroughs in the back yard...tunneling and such. No offence to you...cause you didn't know....but one thing to be sure in Architecture
School....Have Fun....don't get hung up on what the Hell people have to say about your work .....just jamb your thing.....fill it with glory....and thoughtful insight...and you will become a banger.

update: the admissions office said, over the phone on tuesday, that they will try to get the letters out by the end of this week. which i believe means they may not have even sent them out yet, and that they may not even have them sent out by tomorrow. but this news is two days old.

does anyone else have the balls to call and update us?

i dont really care. if we got accepted, we will know ...if we dont get in , we dont...lets focus on what we are doing.(mid-term for me)

yes, rejected.
I thought I worked pretty hard on the test, and it was good, but maybe it wasn't enough. well, now i don't care. lol

Since few days ago, I was thinking that I will work really hard, and will be much better than them. Yeah, someday.

So.. I think I might go to City College of New York. I also got into Pratt by EA, but it's too expensive for me.. so. yup.

Give me some advise how to spend this summer! I'm planning to study autoCAD and practice more drawing. Any other ideas? lol

i finally got accepted this year...

whats up with those people who finished the home test in 3-5 hours and got in?!? I'm calling bs on that one... but maybe not.

I've sat here all day working on one problem... shit though... I'm wrestling in my head as to whether I should put something down that nobody else would think of or answer the questions how I think "they" would want to see them... I have less than two weeks to do this thing...
