Past - In early civilization human race lived in very uncertainty lifestyle where their lifestyle depends on the availability of local life stock and vegetation. This is due to varies factor including lack of basic needs and fundamental knowledge for survival in one place and drives them to survive as nomads.

Present - In modern age, people still continue the nomadic life in the form of migration which influenced by the global economic development. Science and Technology have also contributed and facilitate the migration culture in this century.

Future - This form of lifestyle will be accelerated and become a permanent human culture which will be contributed by the global condition such as Global tragedy or warming, disaster and economical imbalance.

    My thesis idea
I am intending to investigate the idea of human race developing a permanent nomadic culture in the future which will allow them to physically survive beyond the boundary, state and territories by starting to live with basic need such as food, water and shelter.

Kumaraguru you state in your last paragraph:

Isnt there the poissibility that even though this floating villages are 'free' to move and change geographic postion, the nature of humans is to congregate and form societies? even nomadic societies?....which usually end up inevitably generating sets of interaction conventions i.e. rules, laws, boundaries. So maybe the real problem is human being's proclivity to interact with other human beings. Maybe the answer to real freedom (aside from the idea that freedom just requires one being responsible for their decissions) is isolation? or to try to change humans gregarious nature....almost like a Tower of Babel scenario

yes......ur right, the flooting village are free to move and quite possibily located at any part of geographical position where the situation arises.

i guess this where my idea explored the posibility of the human reaction first to find an alternative ways such as this flooting cells to survive the condition they are up against.

hovewer, human nature is to congragate in colony form for mutual benefits. So it is freedom in physical context but confined within a tribal laws almost.

eduardo ...the senario of Tower of Babel may be similar which set upon a fear factor and motto of humanity...'LETS MAKE NAME FOR OURSELVES' which is inavitable in a society.
