The main interests of the project are to form actual spaces to enable social interaction within the building, and to evoke its interaction towards the city. By creating an elevated form, the project allows to extend the park, enables cross ventilation and introducing daylighting and functions as projecting its open image as a gesture to the surrounding city. The elevated form results in a semi-exterior space that has the forms separated while allows the program to be connected to the community.
