As a site supervisor at Alloi Architecture + Construction I created the budget for and managed the construction for a contemporary prefabricated duplex in Culver City. The project was designed by Minarc and included many innovative features such as a prefabricated metal panel system which was delivered to the job site  as a kit of parts. I had the opportunity to review shop drawings, purchase orders and create details that helped this project get built successfully.
