-Create concept presentations for all aspects of the designs (lighting, furniture, plumbing, etc..)
-Create invoices based off quotes given by vendors and subcontractors.
-Pick out fabrics, furnishings, and decor elements that fit the project’s design.

-Schedule and facilitate pickups and drop offs of props, supplies, and transportation.
-Work closely with the Art Coordinator and Production Designer to discuss and give input on design concepts.
-Handle purchasing and invoicing between vendors.
-Travel to set locations to dress sets and assist the Art Department, Assistant Directors, Directors of Photography, and Production Designer with shoot tasks.
