I am a licensed Architect in the state of California. I have a wide variety of experience, everything from design, permitting, and CA on custom residences and TI's, masterplanning, and SD - CD's on large research and academic buildings.

Employment 

Moore Ruble Yudell Architects & Planners, Santa Monica, CA, US, Architect

U.S. Embassy in The Hague, Netherlands; Completed design development and construction documents of 6 separate buildings on the site. Responsibilities included site design and detailing of all perimeter security features and lighting, freestanding canopies, bicycle storage areas, bridges, and site walls. Currently coordinating with all the site consultants, and am the team’s LEED contact person.

U.S. embassy project in Helsinki, Finland; Completed design development and construction documents of a new office building and compound access control buildings.

(Also was a full time employee at this firm from January 2006 - April 2008)

Full-time team member during schematic design and design development phases for The University of Virginia South Lawn project in Charlottesville, VA. Managed the production of an extensive physical model and detailed computer animation. Produced and uploaded exhibits to USGBC for LEED 2.2 NC silver rating. Contributed to the design of a Los Angeles area master plan which incorporated 3,000 residential units, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, and retail. Managed and produced physical and computer generated massing studies, spreadsheets, and presentation drawings and diagrams.

Prepared pricing packages and secured bids from contractors and consultants. Coordinated construction site meetings, and photographed and managed the marketing and publication all projects.

Member of a 7 person design team working on a 20,000 seat Brooklyn NBA Arena. Worked with the design architect on the shaping and form of the arena and the adjacent high rise towers. Produced physical and computer models of the arena in Rhino and AutoCAD. Focused on arena interior geometry. Addressed issues of sightlines, concourse programming, ADA seating requirements, basketball, hockey, and concert seating variations.
