The work I performed here was strictly residential. I produce drawings for mostly duplex ,single family dwellings and room additions. The tasks were to work closely with the consultants to update the drawings or make any changes to the projects. I would also submit drawings to the corresponding building departments.

Job consisted of Managing the sub-contractors and daily activities. My work was strictly focused on high end residential projects: home remodels, single family homes, and I also did a little bit of architectural drafting work.

1. Adams Center/Winter Hall-Westmont college, Santa Barbara Ca.
This two Math and Science facilities are currently under construction.
My tasks here ranged from working and coordinating the window and door schedule with the consultant. Picked-up comments from the city of Santa Barbara under the supervision of Architect Steven Hall.

2. UCLA-Sproul Complex – UCLA Los Angeles, Ca .
This is one of three projects that the company worked on for this University of California Los Angeles. I specifically worked on Sproul Complex-Student housing facility. The project broke ground in the month of September 09’ since it’s a major project remodel the current structure is getting demolish in preparation for the new addition. My a tasks were to work closely with the project coordinators to update and redesign any consultant updates or changes that were done to the project.
