Seven years of scholastic architectural studies have extended my curiosity and pursuit toward a career in architecture. Living in New York City and experiencing the architecture and energy of this dynamic city has been a cherished experience. It has also allowed me the opportunity to continue to enjoy interests in the arts, as well as comedy, sports and the outdoors.

Managed and developed numerous residential focused projects including furniture design, New York City apartment renovations, and single family homes, both ground up construction and renovation. Job captain for a ground up home in the Bahamas where I worked on all phases of design, helped coordinate with the lead architect who was only part time at our office, and dealt with the majority of construction detail drawings and shop drawings. Construction began in earnest during the beginning of the global pandemic, presenting unique challenges, and was nearly completed when I left the office, with the family moving in Spring 2021.

Worked on preliminary designs for an art installation proposal. Developed 3D models for a client to use for 3D printing. Reviewed plans for a housing renovation and provided notes. Created several 3D renders for various projects.

Worked on various residential projects, from single apartment renovations to large houses, both ground up and renovations. The work done ranged from early schematic design to detail work. This includes construction sets, millwork drawings, and specifying items, as well as SketchUp massing models and field work.
