Scott Edwards Architecture is seeking an Architectural Designer to join our staff.

For the position of Architectural Designer we are seeking a candidate possessing creative design skills to work full time.  This position will primarily support our small and medium commercial tenant improvement projects. The ideal candidate will be motivated, dependable, and willing to make a long-term commitment to working in this position.

Requirements

• B. Arch professional degree or M. Arch graduate degree
• 5 years of experience in construction document production and detailing
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, or similar software
• Strong production skills and commitment to high quality design
• Proficiency in architectural visualization and rendering
• Familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar software
• Experience with design, drawing, plan review and construction administration support for new build and/or adaptive reuse for a variety of commercial tenant improvement projects highly desired.
