Job Description

Hatfield Group Engineering is looking for experienced Marketing Professionals to join our growing team. We are in need of high energy, talented people, who want an opportunity for growth.  3 years minimum of marketing experience in an engineering or architecture firm is required.  

We are located in Tribeca in New York City and provide Structural, MEP and Facade services to a diverse group of high profile architects, developers, and owners. Primary Responsibilities

• Work with work together with the firm’s Principals and leadership to prepare proposals for new projects
• Create and coordinate the responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), including preparing and submitting qualifications (typically in InDesign), lead meetings, and create content
• Design and produce presentations, portfolios, and brochures, in support of new business efforts
• Write and edit marketing content, including employee resumes, project descriptions, and content needed for proposals
• Assist in maintaining our website and social media content
• Coordinate and create award submissions
• Assist in maintaining and organizing our marketing collateral

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in in Architecture, Marketing or Graphic Design
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is required
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple deadlines effectively
• A keen graphic design sense
• Proficiency in InDesign is required plus PowerPoint
