Why you chose your school/program
Its the only place left in the country, maybe the world (?) where you can still learn pragmatic building, in a hands on way wiuth a complete curriculum. The faculty is amazing. Currently, hanging out with all the old Jersey Devil guys, and other random geniuses. Its a hotbed. It is the final frontier.

Architecture interests
All of it! I have a long standing passion for the practice, and want to be a complete architect. This is a discipline that allows the refinement of one's skill in so many ways, over specialization kills learning--it can make you paper thin. Right now learning lots of pragmatic stuff. The stuff I didn't get out of a traditional degree plan. Everything from the nuances of how to sell and retain clients, to understanding how we as architects need to expand our role if we want to survive as a profession. Learning how craft can survive in a world designed with parametric tools. Blurring "inside" and "outside"...seriously, all of it.
