Why you chose your school/program
I chose Columbia because I wanted to study architecture in New York. Thats the main reason. There are other schools that may have been a better "fit" (in terms of their faculty or their promotion of "green design"), but I desperately wanted to be in New York. It may sound like a stupid reason, but to me location is so crucial to the study of architecture and urbanism.
