What is with the cheesy opening techno soundtrack?
More substantively.
I didn't realize the Transformer needed to be "manually" transformed/positionally using cranes. I thought it could transform itself.

I also, find it interesting (and agree with him) that as a label/container "staritect" and it's associate fame, is a limiting rather than a empowering label.

Nice of them to credit OMA for Herzog & de Meuron's Prada shop.

Showing Herzog and de Meuron's Prada store in Tokyo is a ridiculously terrible mistake. How could they let that happen?

I also think the transformer is a great concept but rather ugly as its been designed. Are there any windows?

His attitude about being humble yet confident is right on. So was his response to the starchitect question.

i went saw the transformer today. What a crock of shit - I have never been so critical of OMAs work before, but the transformer is not just inelegant, but also does not, to me, reflect any of the design values of Prada as a brand. Complete failure.
