I guess this betrays my lack of experience working for developers, but as far as I'm concerned the architect always selects interior finishes and fixtures. And I don't like to think of site visits and CA as something I have to beg the developer for the "right" to. Sheesh.
I think the finished buildings are gorgeous too. Hopefully the next one, with greater "control" allowed by Meier, will be even better.
