WRNS Studio's healthcare practice is an emerging local leader in the delivery of innovative healthcare environments, from behavioral health to acute care to ambulatory facilities. We seek an experienced medical planning in northern California with whom we can contract for discreet efforts requiring medical planning and programming expertise. The ideal candidate would have broad demonstrated experience with the design and development of complex healthcare projects.

Qualifications:

• Lead the programming and medical planning for primarily small or mid-size healthcare projects.
• Provides overall programming, master planning, design, and medical planning.
• Coordinate with outside consultants including medical equipment experts and vendors.
• Attend and facilitate client meetings and client user groups as needed.

 Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in planning all types of healthcare related projects.
• Minimum BArch degree.
• Experience in OSHPD/HCAI-oriented project work.
• Knowledge of California Building Codes and the ADA.
• Strong presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to draw floorplans and interior elevations.
• Architectural licensure and LEED accreditation preferred, but not required.
• Revit-proficiency preferred, but not required.

Salary

At the time of posting this job, the hourly pay range for this position is between $105 and $120. Our final compensation decisions include a candidate’s experience, qualifications and education.
