im starting a multidisciplinary design business that includes an architectural design consultation service. I have an arch degree/experience but no license. Can anyone tell me the legal constraints involving such a practice without a architecture license? If you know of anywhere I can read up on this issue please post, thanks.

drums please, Fab?

most states don't let you advertise that you offer 'architectural' design consultation or anything with the words architect, architectural, architecty, architect-esque, architect-ect. look up your state's architecture board to see what types of projects you can work on (usually type-V single family or multi-family up to 4 units max 3 stories high blah blah blah) ..

Ms Beary

City and state websites often have lots of information on them for new businesses and what is required. Good luck!
