For a slow wind-down, One Gibson.
For a HD evening, hit the Jack Daniels, or Johnny Black, a tad bit of ice.
...add a Monster every 3, or 4 drinks

Kind of a girly drink, but my bartender bud makes a kick-axx Apple Martini

A Caiparinha on the beach, & to wrap it all up on Sunday a.m., the venerable Bloody Mary (extra celery).

That martini uses Chopin Vodka (made from potatoes) and they add a couple of garlic stuffed olives into the drink. If you are in L.A. you need to check out Lola's because their drinks are good and strong! :)

garlic mashed potato martini sounds darn good to me...

recently, i've been getting off the beer wagon, and exclusively on to the liquor wagon. perhaps its just the variety. when i do drink beer, its either because its dirt cheap pbr's or to try a brew i haven't had. between my ex and i, we tried and rated over 300 beers and logged them on a site called ratebeer.com. if you're in to beer, you should check out that site, gives you a sense of purpose when you're drinking...

time to go make a bloody mary...

the best white russian i have ever had, was in cohibar
my d.o.c. would have to be tequila. straight, because if i drink it, we're driving to TJ. or key west. or somewhere we shouldn't, so my boss can call us to tell us it's monday, and we should be in the office.

for a really good time, nothing beats cheap champagne...lots of it, and make sure that you don't just drink it but spray it all over everybody post-championship victory style...the sloppier the better

Campari M. Bossman? I'm surprised. Seems a bit Philip Johnson for a lad from the cold, snowy, fish frying north.

a nice cabernet sauvignon for working late at night.

Not enough to get drunk on but just right for feeling good even though you're working late at night.

used to love crown royal and coke, but with all the european expats round here lately am drinking lager in the beer gardens. nothing better than sitting in the tropical heat with a cold beer and good company.

the pinot grape is refined and so delicate that it has a personality of it's own.... oh sideways, how you made me laugh.

liquer: amaretto sour
beer: black velvet
wine: pinot or something from the cote region

ps. caesars are more fun with a touch of horseradish for kick.

no one likes margaritas in here???

my fav nowadays is jack and water, or black label + water (if the $$$ permit)

lletdownl- we're both old then. Whiskey sour's my favorite.

I also quite like lemon drop martinis, but I can't hold my vodka as well as I can whiskey. They do me in pretty quick.
