i recently moved to the DC Metro area (near pentagon city metro) after finishing an m.arch (vt) and am looking for a VERY CHEAP space where I can get somewhat messy (no plaster, plastics, casts,... mostly baswood + chip + glue) and continue my own work while looking for a proper internship.

space does not need to be air conditioned and i'd prefer something industrial. power tools would be phenomenal! must be secure as i'll have a cpu tower and monitor. i will set up a 30x42" drafting board. i do not need internet.

passionate and articulate aesthetes with which to imbibe are a plus!
