While currently in the process of moving to the Boston area to commence my Master of Architecture, I am hoping to find a studio or one bedroom apartment in or around Boston that is quiet and is relatively close to a t-station. Currently, I live in southern CA but am from the Northeast (have family currently living in Sudbury, MA) and am familiar with Boston and it's suburbs. Accordingly, I know there are lot of great apartments that are affordable ($800-1,200), and I'm always meeting renters looking for good tenants. If you're that person, or just happen to know of a place that might work, I'm an extremely busy (and in-turn quiet) 32 y.o. single male with a good credit history and great references.
