The place: Spacious 3 bedroom apartment with 1 shared bathroom. In the heart of Silver Lake, walking distance to major bus routes/1 mile from 2 subway stops. Cute cafes, boutiques, bars abound. Great view of the hills, Griffith Observatory. Rooftop access for summer parties.

Us: 2 best friends of 9 years (one male, one female). Late 20's. He's an aspiring personal chef building up his clientele. I'm an undergraduate urban planning student. We keep it pretty low key during the week (busy with work/school), but like to socialize on the weekends.

You: Professional/responsible, but fun loving and have an awesome sense of humor. Ideally looking for a longer term stay. Cigarette smoking outside only ("other" smoking cool inside even though we don't). Must be GLBT & straight friendly. Landlord doesn't allow pets.
