We are 3 female UCLA Architecture grad students renting a 3 bedroom house in Los Angeles (on the border of Culver City, close to Jefferson Blvd and La Brea). 2 of us have summer internships in the SF area, and are thus looking for 2 summer subletters. If you're looking for summer housing in the LA area, you have GOT to give this place a look! :D

It's a stand alone house, spacious and lovely inside, with a huge modern kitchen, new appliances, new fixtures, new windows, glass-tile in the bathroom, washer/dryer, gorgeous and huge backyard, plenty of parking, etc. There's tons of space, natural light, hardwood floors throughout, and even a veggie plot, banana, plum and peach trees in the back!!! The neighbors are great and the cost of the gardener is included. I know, it sounds too good to be true, but really, you have to see the pictures to believe it!

The rooms are available from June 15th - Sept 15th. Each room costs $818/month + Utilities.
