two 26 year olds (one french female graduate student + one american male unemployed architect) seek third roommate to fill the void our great roommate will leave, once his visa expires.

room measures roughly 9 x 9 and includes lots of great natural lighting, quietness, a great view over large wisteria-covered courtyard terrace AND a LARGE closet. room currently includes mattress with frame, night-table, etc, etc.

YOU be employed/student/intern, clean, non-smoker, sane, and POSITIVE. we do have a weekly cleaning schedule. kitchen comes furnished with the necessary pots, pans, plates, etc.

we're not looking for a best-friend either, but maybe someone who is up for hanging out/grabbing the odd night-cap every once and a while.

apt also includes rooftop access.
