We design single-family homes; remodels and new construction. We are a full-service office providing architecture, interior architecture, interior design, permit drawings, construction documentation, full specifications, and construction administration. We cater to discerning clients. 

POSITION

• Intermediate Architect/Architectural Designer
• Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full responsibility for projects from Schematic Design through the Construction Documents phase

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• 6-8 years of professional experience in custom modern single-family residences
• Strong knowledge of Construction Documents, Permitting, Code Compliance, Design Development, Structural Coordination, and Construction Administration
• Bachelor or Master of Architecture

LOCATION

• Must be located in LA or SF regions
• Work and meetings will be done remotely, except for site visits

COMPUTER SKILLS

• Archicad, SketchUp, Autocad
• Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Enscape

PERSONALITY

• Professional, organized, well-spoken
