SRA+AE is an architectural design firm located in Soho/Tribeca for 19+ years. We specialize in restaurants, clubs and new buildings in New York City.  We seek an experienced architect with 1-3 years of experience with strong graphic and problem-solving skills. There is room to grow in our firm where you can have responsibility as both Project Architect and Designer on various project types.  We offer the opportunity to design, create construction documents, go to project sites, client coordination and more.  

Candidates should have excellent ACAD and 3D software rendering skills.  Strong design skills along with strong technical skills are highly valued.  The successful candidate should have a good graphic sense and be a quick learner, who can work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Experience/Skills required:

• 5 year Bachelor degree in Architectural or Masters degree
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience
• Conceptual design experience
• Ability to create Construction Document sets
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to create design presentation renderings, for various projects such as restaurant, retail and multi-family residential projects.
